Building Partnerships for a Sustainable Energy Future
On November 12, 2024, CETRI had the pleasure of hosting representatives from SaskEnergy’s Energy Market Development team, including Santhosh Veerabhadrappa and Terry J., for a productive discussion and tour of CETRI’s RD&D facilities. Our discussions centered around SaskEnergy’s clean energy roadmap and CETRI’s expertise in carbon capture and utilization, renewable natural gas, hydrogen, biomass co-firing, and sustainable aviation fuel. We explored short-term collaboration opportunities in carbon capture, utilization, and renewable natural gas, identifying potential synergies.
Both teams are excited about the potential partnership between CETRI and SaskEnergy to accelerate the adoption of low-carbon energy solutions in Saskatchewan and beyond. We are committed to advancing research, development, and the commercialization of transformative technologies to drive the transition toward a sustainable energy future.
